Preserving Vermont's Bounty

Pickles

Picture
Our pickles are really “like Grandma used to make”. Most of our pickle recipes are family secrets and for a good reason, they are delicious. We source our crispy pickling cucumbers and other vegetables from local farms whenever possible.
Cucumbers, carrots, beets, peppers, green beans, sweet, sour, spicy, dill we are sure to have a pickle you will love. Pitchfork Preserves pickles have created quite the following over the years, as they are made in small batches and are hand packed by our family and filled with flavor.

Jams

At Pitchfork Preserves we capture fruit at the peak of its season.
Our Jams and Jellies are made during these periods.
We strive to bring out the best of the fruits flavor, using less sugar and more fruit. Our jams and jellies are sure to leave your mouth watering and wanting more.

Relish

Picture
Our Relish has been creating a stir since it first hit the market in 2010. We currently make two Relishes; a Cucumber Relish and the Hellish Relish. Both are made with crispy fresh cucumbers, onions and peppers. The Hellish Relish is set a part by the firey compilation of hot peppers that are added to this famous Vermont relish.
