On Lily Hill, in Pawlet, Vermont we began harvesting our own, as well as other local farmers' ingredients to make our preserves with some of the finest produce available. Canning makes so much sense, all of the fresh flavor and nutrients packed, with love and care, into beautiful glass jars. It's our goal to create preserves of the highest quality.
